Baked Potatoes with Garlic

Baked potatoes with garlic are a simple yet exquisite dish of Russian cuisine that combines the coziness of a rural meal with the aromatic flavor of roasted garlic. Potatoes baked in their skins become soft and tender, while garlic roasted to a creamy consistency adds a rich and slightly sweet taste to the dish. This treat pairs wonderfully with meat and fish dishes and can also serve as an independent snack. Olive oil and freshly ground pepper highlight the natural harmony of flavors. Such a dish is especially good on cold evenings when you want to warm up with cozy homemade food.
