Lightly salted cucumbers with vodka

Pickled cucumbers with vodka are an unusual and spicy dish that combines the freshness of crunchy cucumbers, the aroma of spices, and a light alcoholic note. Despite being Italian cuisine, this recipe resembles Slavic pickling traditions more. Vodka acts as a marinade accelerator, helping cucumbers quickly acquire a rich flavor. Their freshness is highlighted by herbs and garlic, while apple cider vinegar adds a slight tanginess. This snack option pairs perfectly with meat dishes, fried potatoes, or as an independent element of a summer table. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks. After a day of infusion, the cucumbers achieve an amazing harmony of taste – tender, slightly spicy, and refreshing. This dish will be a great addition to friendly gatherings and family lunches.
