Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Transfer to a saucepan. Add cream to completely cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain, leaving the cream.
- Potato: 4 pieces
- Parsnip: 1 piece
- White turnip: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Cream 20%: to taste

Return the vegetables to the pot and add an egg, butter, and 0.25 cup of cream. Mash well with a masher until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add more cream if needed. Serve immediately.
