Lavash chips
4 servings
15 minutes
Lavash chips are a light and crispy snack from Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by the traditional use of lavash in Greek and Armenian cooking, these chips are a great alternative to regular potato ones. Their flavor is subtle with a pleasant hint of paprika that adds a mild spiciness. Oil and salt enhance the natural aroma of lavash, while the crunchy texture makes them perfect for dips, sauces, or simply as a standalone treat. The simple preparation process involves just a few steps to quickly create a tasty snack without requiring complex ingredients. These chips are especially good for parties, picnics, and light snacks, pairing well with both classic sauces and more exotic flavor combinations.

1
Cut the lavash sheet into pieces.
- Armenian lavash: 1 piece
2
Pour with vegetable oil and add salt (to taste, if desired). Sprinkle with seasoning (any, I took paprika).
- Vegetable oil: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground paprika: to taste
3
Place on a plate and put in the microwave. Keep for 2 minutes.
4
Wait for them to cool down, then serve.
