Orange Salad

A salad in which oranges turn from fruit into something like vegetables. If you have red oranges on hand, it will be even tastier with them. A simple and quick snack, the recipe for which was shared with us by Marco Cervetti, now brand chef of the Kyiv holding Fozzy.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Roughly peel the oranges with a knife, removing the zest and the thick white layer underneath called albedo.
- Oranges: 3 pieces

Cut the meat into pieces the size of half a wedge (no need to cut into wedges — it's a waste of time).
- Oranges: 3 pieces

Salt and season with hot pepper (preferably flakes, not ground).
- Red pepper flakes: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Cut the pitted olives and olives in half.
- Olives: 20 pieces
- Olive: 20 pieces

Add to the bowl with oranges.
- Oranges: 3 pieces

Slice the red onion into half rings.
- Red onion: 1 head

Add onion to the bowl with the other ingredients. Add capers.
- Red onion: 1 head
- Capers: 15 pieces

Pour with olive oil.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
