Sesame chips

Sesame chips are an exquisite treat of French cuisine, combining the crispy texture of wonton dough with the rich nutty aroma of roasted sesame. This recipe draws inspiration from traditional Eastern snacks but gains elegance and simplicity from the French gastronomic approach. Light, airy, and appetizing, these chips are perfect as a refined accompaniment to cheeses, dips, or even as a standalone golden snack. Their fragility captivates from the first bite, while the delicate combination of sesame and light salt creates a harmonious balance of flavors. The secret to their delightful texture lies in the contrast between hot and icy water, allowing the dough to maintain airiness and structure. These chips are an excellent choice for festive tables, parties or simply enjoying crispy moments of French cuisine.
