A thin lavash roll with eggs and cucumber is a light and refreshing snack perfect for a quick bite or festive table. Its history originates from Russian cuisine, where simple and accessible ingredients are transformed into delicious dishes. Tender Armenian lavash serves as the base for a juicy filling of chicken eggs, fresh cucumber, and spicy garlic. Creamy texture is provided by onion-flavored melted cheese and mayonnaise, while herbs add freshness. The dish features a delicate taste with a slight tanginess and pleasant crunchiness of cucumber. After cooling, the roll acquires a dense consistency that allows it to be easily sliced into neat portions. This versatile snack is suitable for picnics, parties, and everyday meals.
