Sichuan-style fried green beans with chili is a gourmet dish rooted in Sichuan province, known for its spicy and rich flavors. This dish captivates with the harmony of dried chili pepper's heat and the refined spiciness of Sichuan pepper, which provides a slight numbing sensation. Crispy Chinese green beans, fried to a tender golden crust, retain their juiciness and freshness. The delicate balance of salt, sugar, and a drop of sesame oil makes the flavor rich and multifaceted. Served hot, it pairs perfectly with rice or noodles, turning an ordinary meal into a gastronomic journey into the heart of Chinese cuisine.
