Wash the potatoes well without peeling. Boil the potatoes in salted water until the skin starts to crack and they become soft (30-35 minutes). Remove from heat, let the potatoes dry and cool slightly.
- Potato: 0.5 kg

While the potatoes are boiling, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes until their skins burst. Season the tomatoes with salt and remove them from the heat. Sauté the green peas in the same pan, adding 4 tablespoons of water. Remove and let dry.

Peel the warm potatoes and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces. Place on a serving dish, add cherry tomatoes and green peas, as well as chopped onion. Dress the dish with olive oil and wine vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add dill and serve immediately.
