Crispy puff pastry sticks with ham and gorgonzola are a refined treat of European cuisine, combining an airy crunchy crust with the rich flavor of Parma ham and the tangy creaminess of gorgonzola cheese. This recipe draws inspiration from Italian traditions where ham and cheese are a classic pairing. The pastry baked to a golden crust adds lightness to the dish, while celery seeds provide a subtle spicy note. These sticks are perfect as an appetizer on a festive table, accompanying a glass of wine or as a crunchy snack at any time of day. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent choice for those wanting to quickly create something special, and their exquisite taste captivates from the very first bite.
