Avocado hummus is a modern interpretation of the classic Middle Eastern dish, enriched with the creamy texture of avocado and the rich flavor of chickpea paste. The light acidity of lemon juice harmonizes with the spiciness of cumin, while the sharp notes of Tabasco add a characteristic zest. This delicate, airy dip is perfect as an appetizer for a light aperitif or as an accompaniment to fresh vegetables and crispy pita. Thanks to avocado, it is rich in healthy fats, making it not only tasty but also nutritious. Serve chilled to fully reveal the flavors of the ingredients while keeping the texture velvety.
