Vegetable and mushroom shashlik

Clean, wash the mushrooms, and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice and finely chopped garlic.
- Forest mushroom mix: 300 g
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until cooked. Cool and cut into appropriately sized pieces.
- New potatoes: 0.7 kg

Peel the onions and cut them into four parts. Cut the quarters in half and separate into scales. Peel the garlic and divide it into cloves.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Pickled garlic: 100 g

Grease the skewers with vegetable oil and herbs. Alternately thread garlic, potatoes, onions, and mushrooms onto the skewers.

Brush the prepared vegetable skewers with vegetable oil on all sides and sprinkle with pepper. Grill over coals for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
