Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Cut the zucchini into long thin strips lengthwise.

In a pan, heat half of the oil and add minced garlic, tarragon, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, nuts, salt, and pepper. Warm slightly while stirring.

In a small bowl, mix grated lime zest, yogurt, finely chopped onion, then lightly salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving bowl and drizzle with oil.
