We boil the eggs hard, then peel them, cut them in half, and remove the yolks.

The yolks should be placed in a separate bowl, mashed with a fork into a puree, and then add crushed garlic, ground pepper, and mayonnaise. The amount of garlic and pepper is relative, as everyone's tastes are different. Mayonnaise should be added to ensure the mixture is not too dry, but also not too liquid, for example, like thick and fatty sour cream.

After the mixture is ready, it can be carefully placed into the egg whites with a teaspoon. You can make it heaped, as the more filling, the tastier it is.
