Lenten green lentil pate

It's all quite simple: boil the lentils, then mix them with the other ingredients using a blender. Put the finished pate in the refrigerator for an hour or two so that its taste can finally settle. This snack is good with fluffy wheat pita.

Pre-cook the lentils until done. Drain the water.

Then place: lentils, oil, sauce, sesame, pepper, and lemon juice in a blender. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste forms. Transfer the paste to a dish container or deep bowl. Refrigerate to let it rest.
