Small burgers in pita with salad and vegetables

Small burgers in pita with salad and vegetables are a gourmet snack that combines the juiciness of ground beef with the refreshing crunch of vegetables. This recipe is inspired by American cuisine but adds a touch of Mediterranean comfort by using pita instead of a classic bun. Tender burger patties enriched with sweet peppers and onions gain a rich flavor from Worcestershire sauce. Grilled to perfection, they develop an appetizing crust. Served in warm soft pita with fresh lettuce leaves, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a tangy sauce, the dish is light yet filling. An ideal option for a party or quick lunch where classic burgers meet the sophistication of Mediterranean taste.
