The preparation begins by turning turkey fillet into a tender paste, which is then enriched with herbs and spices. For the first roll: Place turkey breast, two eggs, and salt in a blender. Blend until it becomes a paste.
- Turkey breast fillet: 2 kg
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sea salt: to taste

Add flour, dried herbs, and mix for a few minutes, you can also use a blender until a homogeneous mass.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Green: 100 g

Next, roll out a sheet of foil, place the prepared filling on it, and roll it into a log. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees on a rack. It can also be done in an air fryer at medium fan speed.
- Turkey breast fillet: 2 kg

Coat the resulting sausage with sesame oil and bake for another 10 minutes at 260 degrees (on high speed in the air fryer) until a nice brown crust forms.
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons

We make the second sausage similarly to the first. Only when laying the minced meat on the foil, we first grease our hands with oil, make a ball, and from it create something like an oval pancake.

On the finished pancake, closer to the edge from which we will roll it, we place sliced hard-boiled egg and cheese.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Russian cheese: 100 g
