Chicken and bacon rolls are a refined combination of tender chicken fillet, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables wrapped in thin Armenian lavash. This recipe originates from Armenian cuisine, known for its aromatic and hearty dishes. The elastic lavash adds lightness to the dish, while the mayonnaise-based sauce with tarragon and lemon juice enhances the flavor's sophistication. The combination of juicy chicken and fried bacon creates an appetizing contrast of textures. These rolls are perfect as a snack or a full meal, especially when paired with fresh vegetables and herbs. They can be served at picnics, as a quick bite, or even as a festive treat since they are not only delicious but also visually appealing. The ease of preparation makes this recipe an excellent choice for cozy home gatherings and meetings with friends.
