Baked ham in brown sugar, Coca-Cola, and bourbon is a true gastronomic delight with deep roots in European cuisine. While elements of this dish resemble American cooking, its sophistication and balance of flavors hark back to French traditions. The sweet caramelized crust with hints of spicy mustard and bourbon gives the meat a rich flavor, while Coca-Cola softens the texture of the ham, making it tender and juicy. Cloves infused with roasting juices add a subtle Eastern aroma. This dish is perfect for festive tables, accompanied by vibrant sides and rich sauces. It is served in warm family circles, bringing people together over a delicious meal full of history and traditions.
