Cut the tofu into 2 rectangular pieces.

Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and coat in flour.

Fry the tofu in a heated pan with a large amount of vegetable oil until a golden crust forms.

Prepare the sauce. Mix together 35 g of soy sauce, 35 g of vegetable oil, and 15 g of lemon juice. Add a few drops of sesame oil for flavor. To the mixture, add finely diced red onion, 2 g of chopped cilantro, and 10 g of sugar. Whisk together.
