Salmon and spinach rolls are a refined dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of fish and the freshness of greens. This recipe is rooted in the traditions of northern regions where salmon has always been abundant. The lightness of spinach and airy fish mousse create a harmony of flavors, complemented by a slight acidity from lemon juice. Steaming preserves all the beneficial properties of the ingredients, making the dish not only tasty but also healthy. The rolls are perfect for a festive table or a romantic dinner, and serving them with crispy salad leaves adds freshness.
