Oven Roasted Shiitake, Portobello, and Mushrooms with Garlic and Rosemary

This recipe is a harmonious combination of three types of mushrooms – shiitake, portobello, and champignon, baked with garlic and rosemary. Chinese cuisine has long been famous for its ability to enhance the flavors of natural ingredients, and this tradition continues here. The mushrooms acquire a rich aroma under high heat, while rosemary and garlic add deep spicy notes to the dish. The texture is both tender and slightly crispy. This dish is perfect as a side for meat or fish but can also serve as an independent appetizer when served with crusty bread or rice. It is not only delicious but also healthy since mushrooms are rich in protein and antioxidants. The simplicity of preparation makes it an ideal choice for dinner in a cozy atmosphere.
