Pour couscous into a bowl and cover with 2 cups of boiling water. Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes until soft.

Transfer the couscous to a sieve and then back to the bowl. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped herbs, almond oil, almonds with oil, lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper. Season with salt and add more lemon juice to taste. Serve warm.
