Kale chips are a true discovery for healthy snack lovers. This recipe comes from sunny Brazil, where fresh vegetables play an important role in the cuisine. Crispy, airy, and light, these chips retain the natural benefits of kale while enriching it with the rich flavor of olive oil. Their exquisite textural contrast between the fragile edges and the softness of green veins makes them not only tasty but also surprisingly pleasant to touch. They can be served as a standalone snack or as a side dish to main courses. They pair excellently with spicy sauces and light dips made from avocado or yogurt. The flavor of kale chips reveals a delicate nutty note, making them a great alternative to traditional potato snacks.
