Wash the mushrooms well and place them in a pot. Add 125 ml of salt and pour in water, bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes. Drain and cool.

Pour vinegar into a small pot, add the remaining salt and garlic. Bring to a boil.

Place mushrooms in sterilized jars, then pour in the marinade. Add 1 bay leaf and 2 cloves to each jar. Seal tightly.
