Baked Pumpkin with Spices

Pumpkin is good on its own, but when combined with cumin, caraway and cayenne pepper, it's simply the main dish on the table. Before you cook, choose the right pumpkin: sweeter or quieter.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Cut the pumpkin into slices no thicker than 1 cm and sprinkle with spices and salt.
- Pumpkin: 800 g
- Ground cumin (zira): 0.5 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sea salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Caraway seeds: 1 teaspoon

Place the pumpkin on a wide skillet or a baking tray with high edges.

Pour with olive oil.
