Mix wheat and corn flour, poppy seeds, salt, and baking powder.
- Wheat flour: 0.8 glass
- Corn flour: 0.3 glass
- Poppy: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon

Cut the butter into small pieces, add the flour mixture, and knead the dough with your hands.

Add grated cheddar and 4 tablespoons of cold water. Mix well with a fork. If the dough is too dry, add another tablespoon of cold water.
- Cheddar cheese: 200 g
- Water: 6 tablespoons

Place the dough on a work surface and roll it out. Fold it in half and roll it out again. Repeat several times. Roll it into a thin layer and cut into 2 pieces. Then wrap each piece of dough in a roll in plastic wrap and chill for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Use a knife or cutter to cut out many moon-shaped crackers. Transfer to parchment. Roll out the remaining dough again.

Lightly beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of warm water.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Water: 6 tablespoons

Brush the crackers with the egg mixture, poke them in several places with a fork, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
