Baked Adyghe cheese is a delicate and aromatic dish that intertwines the traditions of Caucasian cuisine. Adyghe cheese, with its soft texture and slight tanginess, pairs perfectly with juicy cherry tomatoes, pungent garlic, and aromatic herbs. Baking gives the cheese a tender golden crust while preserving its creamy consistency inside. The light tang of lemon juice and the richness of olive oil enhance the rich flavor of this dish.
