Fish in olive oil with vegetables

Clean the fish, gut it, and wash it thoroughly.
- Zander: 4 pieces

Slice the onion into thin rings.
- Onion: 2 heads

Wash the sweet pepper (preferably colorful), dry it, remove the partitions and seeds, and cut it into strips.
- Sweet pepper: 2 pieces

Chop the garlic finely with a sharp knife.
- Garlic: 5 clove

Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and slice them.
- Tomatoes: 500 g

Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.
- Parsley: 50 g

Heat the oil strongly and fry the fish coated in sifted flour.
- Olive oil: to taste
- Wheat flour: to taste

Remove the fish from the pan.

In the same oil, sauté the onion, add the pepper, after 5-10 minutes add the tomatoes, and then the parsley and garlic.

Dissolve tomato paste in 1 glass of water, pour into vegetables, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

After that, place the fish in the resulting sauce.

If necessary, add water (it should completely cover the fish).

Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Place the fish on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and cool it down.
