Salmon in oranges

The recipe is taken from the book "Holiday salads and appetizers. Very simple.

Rinse the fillet in cold water and dry it with a paper towel.
- Salmon fillet: 1.5 kg

Sprinkle the fish fillets with sugar on both sides, then rub salt on one side.

After that, rub dill on the fish (on both sides).

Peel the oranges and slice them into thin rounds.

Place half of the oranges at the bottom of a ceramic, glass, or plastic dish, put the fish on top, and completely cover it with the remaining oranges.

Cover the dish with a lid and place it in the freezer for a few hours.

The fish should be caught but not frozen.

Take the salmon out of the fridge and wipe off the undissolved salt.
