Simple ingredients transform into a gourmet treat: soft, golden slices of zucchini fried in flour are perfectly complemented by a tangy dairy dressing with garlic and fresh dill. This dish is ideal for summer evenings when you crave something light yet flavorful. It can be served as a standalone appetizer or as a harmonious addition to meat and vegetable dishes. The appetizer has a soft texture and fresh notes, making it a favorite choice for Mediterranean cuisine lovers.
