Heat the pot. Pour in oil and grease the pot's walls, add finely chopped onion, garlic, grated ginger, and sliced seedless chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Green onions: 3 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons

Add pak choi, stir-fry, then add 2 tablespoons of water. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
