Preheat the grill pan. In a convenient container, mix finely chopped onion, crushed dried apricots, curry, sifted flour, baking powder, and zest. Add spices to taste. Make a well in the center and pour in 4 tablespoons of drinking water. Knead the dough.
- Green onions: 4 stems
- Dried apricots: 4 pieces
- Curry: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

Cut the dough into pieces and roll each into an oval. Spray with olive oil, place on a grill pan, and fry the pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add oil if necessary.
- Olive oil: 120 ml

To prepare the seasoning, roast the sesame and transfer it to a blender. Add peas, minced garlic, lemon juice, and coriander. Blend while adding olive oil until a creamy mixture forms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to sauce bowls and place in the center of serving plates. Arrange sliced bread around it.
