Preheat the fryer or fill a deep pan one-third with sunflower oil and heat to 190 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer, you can check the temperature by dropping a piece of bread into the oil. At the right temperature, the bread will brown in 40 seconds.

In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic, grated ginger root, and pork mince. Add spices. Keep on heat until the mince is browned.

- Minced pork: 100 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Add the vegetable mix, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Continue to fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until the minced meat is cooked, while the vegetables should remain crunchy. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and spread it out to cool faster.
- Frozen vegetables: 50 g
- Sesame oil: 1.5 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons

For each portion, roll out the dough. Place a full spoon of the mixture closer to the short edge of the dough and cover it with dough on top, folding the dough from both long sides. Brush with egg yolk and roll it up.
- Wonton dough: 10 pieces
- Minced pork: 100 g
- Egg yolk: 1 piece

Fry the rolls in oil for 1-2 minutes until a crispy brown crust forms, then place them on a paper towel.

Prepare Chinese sauce: mix sesame oil, ketchup, Tabasco, soy sauce, chili, and coriander.
