Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Sift flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in 4 tablespoons of drinking water. Add olive oil and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a round shape matching the skillet's diameter. Place the dough in the skillet and, while the bottom is frying, use the grill for 2 minutes to raise the top.

Then flip the sheet and keep it in the oven for another 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and evenly distribute the sliced bell pepper and halved tomatoes. Add pieces of mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
