Crostini with goat cheese and sauce is a refined appetizer of Italian cuisine that combines the crispy texture of baguette with the delicate, tangy flavor of goat cheese. The origins of this dish lie in Mediterranean culinary traditions where simple yet flavorful ingredients create harmonious combinations. Tomatoes infused with olive oil and wine vinegar add freshness, while red pesto adds spiciness.
