Fried radish is a bold experiment with a familiar vegetable, turning it into a spicy and aromatic dish. While radish is traditionally eaten fresh, in this recipe it reveals its sweet and spicy notes under high heat. Sesame oil adds an Eastern accent, while soy sauce and sriracha contribute richness and a hint of heat. Cilantro leaves finish the composition with freshness and mild bitterness. The dish is perfect as an original appetizer or side for meat and fish dishes.
