Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and crush the garlic, place it in a bowl with oil and oregano. Cut each tomato into 4 pieces, add to the bowl, and mix well to coat the tomatoes in the garlic-oil mixture.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes: 6 pieces

Transfer to a small baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, until the tomato slices just start to lose their shape.
