Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add onion, and set to medium heat.

Cut the carrot into large pieces and place it in the pan with the onion.

Clean the pepper from seeds, cut it randomly, and add it to the pan.
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece

Chop the garlic finely, add it to the pan, and sauté everything together for 10 minutes.
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Add the beans, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Canned beans: 300 g

Add spices, stir, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Dry adjika: 1 teaspoon
- Khmeli-suneli: 1 teaspoon
- Svanetian salt: to taste

Chop the cilantro coarsely.
- Coriander: 1 bunch

Mix the prepared vegetables with beans and cilantro, then pass through a meat grinder.
