Keto pizza 'Margherita' is an author's take on the classic Italian dish, adapted for those following a low-carb diet. Its base is made from melted mozzarella cheese and almond flour, making it aromatic, elastic, and surprisingly tender. The filling retains traditional notes – tomato sauce with spicy chili undertones, fragrant oregano, and golden parmesan flakes that add depth to the flavor. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add a little salt. You will need 120 grams.
- Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza: 150 g
- Sea salt: to taste

Send the cheese in the microwave until it melts (time depends on the microwave power).

Then add almond flour and knead the dough thoroughly.
- Almond flour: 60 g

Roll out the dough on parchment paper to form the pizza base.

Send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes in a convenient way.
