Kefir pancakes according to Dukan

Dukan-style kefir pancakes are a refined version of traditional French pancakes, adapted for healthy eating. Their creation is inspired by the principles of the Dukan diet, which eliminates excess carbohydrates while retaining rich flavor. Thanks to the kefir, they turn out tender and airy, while corn starch gives them a light elasticity. The natural sweetness of erythritol and subtle vanilla aroma make them perfect for a morning breakfast or light snack. These pancakes are suitable for those who watch their figure but don’t want to give up the pleasure of tasty food. Serve them with gentle yogurt, fresh berries, or honey to highlight their soft milky taste. They will be an excellent choice for a cozy family breakfast or a stylish French treat.
