Pass the pork meat with boiled potatoes and garlic twice through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, egg yolks and mix well.

Shape the prepared minced meat into small cylinders 5 cm long and 3 cm in diameter, coat them in flour, and fry in oil.
