Adyghe cheese snack
1 serving
10 minutes
Appetizer made from Adyghe cheese is a harmony of simplicity and sophistication. Adyghe cheese, with its soft creamy flavor, acquires an appetizing golden crust on the grill, while spices – saffron, black pepper, and sea salt – enhance its delicate aroma with Eastern notes. Brushed with spicy adjika and garnished with fresh herbs, it becomes a bright accent on any table. This dish was born from experiments in author cuisine but refers to the traditions of the Caucasus where cheese plays an important role in gastronomy. The ease of preparation makes the appetizer an ideal option for quick yet elegant treats. It can be served as a standalone dish or alongside crispy bread, adding special warmth and coziness to the meal.
