Sort, rinse, and cook the lentils until almost done, then add salt.
- Lentils: 80 g
- Salt: to taste

Add finely chopped fried onion in oil, crushed walnut kernels, washed dried apricots and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Sunflower oil: 20 ml
- Onion: 25 g
- Dried apricots: 10 g
- Walnuts: 15 g

Serve the mshosh on a plate. Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
