Pork Straws

12 minutes
Pork straw is a simple yet exquisite dish that highlights the natural flavor of meat and spices. Thin strips of pork fried in a dry hot pan develop an appetizing crust, while spices add depth to the taste. White and black pepper give the dish a piquancy, and sea salt enhances the juiciness of the meat. The heat of chili pepper makes the flavor richer. This dish is suitable as a standalone snack or as an addition to a fresh salad or side dish.
