Wash the cauliflower florets in cold water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. Boil the cabbage, add milk to the pot, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat without a lid.
- Lemon: 2 pieces
- Cauliflower: 1.5 kg
- Milk: 2 tablespoons

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and parsley.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Parsley: 3 stems

Transfer the prepared cabbage to a heatproof dish.

Place sliced butter on top of the cabbage and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice. Optionally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Send the cabbage to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the dish is golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped eggs and parsley.
