Hummus is a traditional dish of Arab cuisine known worldwide for its creamy texture and rich flavor. In this recipe, classic hummus takes on Eastern notes with the addition of soy sauce, enhancing the depth of flavor and giving it a spicy and mild salty taste. Chickpeas combined with fragrant sesame and olive oil, tahini, and fresh lemon juice turn into a silky puree with a light nutty sweetness. Garlic adds a spicy note, and if desired, the flavor can be intensified with extra soy sauce or lemon. Hummus pairs perfectly with flatbreads, fresh vegetables or crunchy nuts, making it an ideal snack for friendly gatherings or festive tables. Easy to prepare and incredibly tasty, this version of hummus will give you a new gastronomic experience.
