Keto pancakes on kefir

Keto pancakes with kefir are a refined blend of French gastronomy and low-carb diet principles. Their history traces back to traditional French crepes, but the adapted recipe makes them an ideal option for those on a keto diet. Soft, airy, and with a slight tang from the kefir, they melt in your mouth leaving a pleasant creamy note. These pancakes are perfect for breakfast or a light dinner, especially when paired with savory fillings like avocado or salmon. Using erythritol instead of sugar keeps them sweet without harming your figure, while corn starch gives them the perfect texture. Serve them hot and enjoy the delicate aroma of fresh dough and buttery crust—a true delight for gourmets!
