Creamy pate with spinach
1 serving
10 minutes
Creamy spinach pâté is a delicate and aromatic dish rooted in Russian culinary traditions. Its base is beef liver, rich in vitamins and trace elements, while spinach adds fresh herbal notes and lightness. Onions sautéed in butter provide depth of flavor, and cream gives a creamy texture. The pâté is soft, velvety, and perfect for morning toasts or festive appetizers. It pairs wonderfully with fresh bread, rye toast, or crispy crackers. The taste is rich with a delicate balance of liver sweetness and a slight tang from the greens. Serving it chilled makes it even more refined and pleasantly melt-in-your-mouth.
