A crispy snack that can be cooked instantly: just cut a sheet of lavash into long strips, wrap the fried minced meat in it, roll up triangles and cook in boiling oil until the desired crispiness. An option for a spontaneous party, when the treat can be prepared playfully, and everyone will be happy and full.

Fry the minced meat until cooked.

Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden.

Add onion to the minced meat along with grated cheese, feta cheese, herbs, and raw eggs. If the feta is very salty, you can skip the salt.
